Another Comment!

I am now constantly obsessing over my blog, and had to check it before I went to bed tonight. I was so happy to see the third comment on my blog was from my other gorgeous cousin, Natalie! Horray! I love this new Mommy and her blog! Thanks Nat!

Happy Birthday Katie!

Katie is 12 years old today! I can't believe it! I still remember that little bald-headed baby crawling around with Karley. How did you grow-up so fast? We love you Katie Bug! Happy Birthday!

I am officially a blogger!

Today I feel like an official blogger! Although I have had my blog for a while, it has taken me forever to learn what the crap I am doing and actually post more than 2 times. I also recently learned to leave comments on other blogs so they knew that I had a blog and am no longer in the dark ages! I commented on my cousins blogs a few days ago and when I checked my blog today I had my first 2 comments! Al-le-lu-ia!!(sing that in your mind) Now I feel like I have just been initiated into some secret club or something. I love to blog!

Thank you Lindsay Lou

And Whitney Lynn!I love you guys and your adorable families! I am blessed to have such awesomely gorgeous cousins who blog!

Muddy Buddies!

My boys and Stacy's kids love mud! Stacy has the perfect little "mud hole" in her backyard where the kids can turn on the water and play in the mud to their hearts content.

Kyler and Huntyr - look at those smokin' hot bods!

These pictures are at Nani and Popi's house.

Zoo Boise

So, at the end of the school year I went on 3 field trips - one with each of my kids in school. Here are a few pictures of my trip to Zoo Boise with Kayden and his Kindergarten class. Stacy's daughter Sienna was also in Kindergarten, so we made it a family affair! All our kids were there except for Karley and Kryshna who had to be in school for finals. Mom and Chelsey went and we invited my Gramma Combs who lives in Boise to join us. After the zoo, we went to the park and had a picnic and played. It was a great day.
The whole gang at the park - Kyler is zonked out in his stroller.

Punkin' Patch -OR- Weed Patch?

Last summer a guy rented our little 2 acre piece of land to plant pumpkins in. Well, he planted the pumpkins, then never returned. We watered a small part of the field so that we could at least have some pumpkins for Halloween. The poor plants became surrounded by puncture weeds and Dad (Popi) felt so bad for those plants that he came up a couple of times to weed the patch. All the kids wanted to help - sort of - and this is what happened.

Doing good so far - look at all those puncture weeds!
The kids are still helping, this is about the 4th wheelbarrow full.
After they filled up the wheelbarrow, they would haul them to a huge pile for us to burn later.
Yes, my boys are without shorts most of the summer. Kayden is doing his part.
The kids are getting restless, but still trying to help Popi. They all helped Popi wheel the 50th load or so, over to the pile, and then........

Popi wheeled them back!
